Add-On Services Management:<\/strong> Process and manage requests for additional services, including travel insurance, baggage, seats, meals, and sports equipment, ensuring seamless customer experiences.<\/li>
Passenger Name List Management:<\/strong> Accurately upload and maintain passenger name lists for group bookings, ensuring compliance with airline and insurance requirements.<\/li>
Flight and Booking Adjustments:<\/strong> Coordinate and process customer requests for flight changes, name amendments, seat releases, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to policies.<\/li>
Insurance Expertise:<\/strong> Act as the primary point of contact for all travel insurance-related matters within the Group Desk, including product benefits, claims assistance, onboarding, and general inquiries.<\/li><\/ul>
2. Booking Creation and Management:<\/strong><\/p>
Booking Creation:<\/strong> Create and manage bookings based on valid Flight Requests (FR) received from agents or customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies.<\/li>
Insurance Cross-Selling:<\/strong> Proactively cross-sell travel insurance to agents or customers when Flight Requests are received without insurance add-ons, highlighting the benefits and value of the Travel Insurance.<\/li>
Fare Override Requests:<\/strong> Submit fare override requests to the Revenue and Revenue Control (RRC) team and diligently follow up to ensure timely resolution.<\/li>
Booking Confirmations:<\/strong> Confirm bookings and communicate details to agents, ensuring all necessary documentation and insurance add-ons are included.<\/li>
Audit Report Maintenance:<\/strong> Regularly update and maintain the Group Desk Audit Report to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.<\/li><\/ul>
3. Payment Collection and Follow-Up:<\/strong><\/p>
Payment Oversight:<\/strong> Manage the collection of payments, including Booking Service Fees (BSF), deposits, and full payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.<\/li>
Payment Reminders:<\/strong> Send timely payment reminders to agents to ensure payments are received within the stipulated deadlines, minimizing delays and discrepancies.<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements:<\/p>
A minimum of one to two years of working experience in group desk operations, customer service, or travel insurance is preferred. Fresh graduates with internship experience related to marketing support or insurance lines are welcome to apply.<\/li>
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex booking and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<\/li>
Proficient in using booking management systems, email communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>
This position operates primarily in an office environment at Sepang, which has standard working hours.<\/li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.<\/li>
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and other languages will be a plus.<\/li><\/ul>

Administer and reconcile the CABFac and CABCO processes.<\/li>
Complete Placement Completion Reports (PCR) and manage Large & Specialised Risks (LSR)-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<\/li>
Maintain accurate records of treaty setup and manage reinsurance accounts within the system.<\/li>
Ensure all data is up-to-date and in line with current reinsurance arrangements.<\/li>
Extract, interpret, and analyze reinsurance statistics, including treaty data.<\/li>
Provide insights to support decision-making, risk management, and reinsurance strategy.<\/li><\/ul>
Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (additional certifications in reinsurance or insurance a plus).<\/li>
1-2 years of experience in reinsurance or related fields.<\/li>
Knowledge of facultative reinsurance, treaty placements, and reinsurance systems.<\/li>
Familiarity with CABFac, CABCO, and LSR processes.<\/li>
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data and generating reports.<\/li>

Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>
Generate and deliver comprehensive ad-hoc and standard operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.<\/li>
Develop Power BI dashboard to showcase insights for business teams.<\/li>
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all reporting and analysis.<\/li>
Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and provide actionable insights tailored to business needs.<\/li>
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process optimization and improvement<\/li>
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of reporting processes and tools.<\/li><\/ul>

Job Requirement<\/strong><\/p>
Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science \/ Information Technology.<\/li>
At least 2 years of experience working with reporting and data visualisation, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality and accurate reports and dashboards within demanding timescales.<\/li>
Proficiency in database architecture and SQL scripting is a must.<\/li>
Competency in developing ETL using Apache Airflow.<\/li>
Experienced in developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI (or other similar tools).<\/li>
Knowledge in SAP Business Objects is a plus.<\/li>
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) .<\/li>
Ability to build automation in Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, or Macro is a plus.<\/li>
Familiarity with the insurance\/financial services industry is a plus.<\/li>
