- Oversee the production of actuarial input for financial statements, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and regulatory guidelines.<\/li>
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on valuation results and actuarial analysis.<\/li><\/ul>
<\/strong><\/p>Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>- Ensure all reporting complies with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and other relevant actuarial guidelines, e.g. Financial Condition Report (FCR) and other statutory reports.<\/li>

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

- Processing Agency Applications<\/strong>: Manage new agency applications and assist with renewal business, cancellations, and batching policies.<\/li>
- Communication<\/strong>: Respond to emails from agents and customers regarding policies or other issues.<\/li>
- Policy Management<\/strong>: Ensure all policies and endorsements are issued correctly according to underwriting guidelines and sent to agents promptly.<\/li>
- Claims Handling<\/strong>: Manage claims documents received from agents or walk-ins.<\/li>
- Payment Oversight<\/strong>: Monitor agents to ensure payments are received and collections are up to date.<\/li>
- General Assistance<\/strong>: Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>
<\/p>
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Insurance).<\/li>
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/li>
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<\/li>
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.<\/li>
