Experience: <\/strong>Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the insurance industry. Familiarity with IFRS 17 is essential<\/p>

Skills: <\/strong>Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business partnering skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, IFRS 17, and accounting standards<\/p>
Certifications: <\/strong>Membership in a recognized professional accounting body<\/p>
Integrity and Professionalism:<\/strong> Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings.<\/p>
- Professional Qualification:<\/strong> Interest in pursuing professional certification (e.g., ICSA, MAICSA) is a plus.<\/li>
- Minutes & Documentation:<\/strong> Assist in drafting minutes for Board, Board Committee, and Shareholders' meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Compile comments and feedback from these meetings for records and future reference.<\/li>
- Analytical Skills:<\/strong> Basic ability to analyze data and identify issues.<\/li>
- Develop Programs:<\/strong> Help create and refine departmental programs and checklists to make our audits more effective.<\/li>
- Hands on experience in the following:<\/span><\/li>
- Strong Windows and Linux system administration skills a must.<\/span><\/li>
- Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of enterprise servers for both Windows and Linux.<\/span><\/li>
