The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the data governance framework within the organization. This role involves overseeing and managing data protection and privacy practices within Tune Protect Group entities as well as supporting the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) in executing the Data Protection Officer fuction.<\/p>

Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework that aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.<\/li>
Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.<\/li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance roles, responsibilities, and processes.<\/li><\/ul>

2.\tData Protection and Compliance<\/p>
Ensure compliance with data protection laws such as Malaysia PDPA, Bank Negara regulations on management of customer data and other relavant laws and regulations, where applicable.<\/li>
Oversee data access controls and security measures to protect sensitive and confidential information.<\/li>
Ensure Management and relevant departments are kept up to date on developments related to data privacy and protection.<\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
3.\tStakeholder Engagement<\/p>
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and data stewards to ensure effective data governance practices are integrated into business processes.<\/li>
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data governance issues and data management best practices.<\/li>
 Facilitate data governance meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote data governance awareness and best practices.<\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
4.\tData Governance Tools and Solutions<\/p>
Support the evaluation and implementation of data governance tools and technologies to support data management and governance activities.<\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
5.\tReporting and Documentation<\/p>
Prepare and present reports on data governance activities, including compliance status, and governance initiatives.<\/li>
Maintain accurate documentation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards.<\/li>
Serve as liaison officer with Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi (JPDP).<\/li>
Ensure Data User registration with JPDP is valid and renewed on time.<\/li><\/ul>

The Senior Human Resources specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing benefits, analytics, reporting, data, systems, and payroll processes. This position ensures accurate and efficient delivery of HR operations while driving data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.<\/p>

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>
1.Benefits & Claims Administration<\/strong><\/p>
Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs (including leaves), which includes enrolment, vendor liaison, monitoring, tracking, reporting and employee queries.<\/li>
Monitor, track, and report on benefits utilization, including medical claims data, to provide actionable insights for policy optimization.<\/li>
Monitor non-medical business expense claims, such as travel, entertainment, and other reimbursable expenses via HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely resolution.<\/li>
Conduct audits of medical and non-medical claims to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to internal controls and policy guidelines.<\/li>
Partner with vendors and service providers to address unresolved claims issues and improve service delivery.<\/li>
Maintain accurate records of benefits offerings, claims, and expense reimbursements in HR systems for reporting and compliance purposes.<\/li>
Regularly review and optimize benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance.<\/li>
Support the implementation of flexible benefits and leave management programs.<\/li><\/ul>
2.Timesheet Data Management<\/strong><\/p>
Perform data tabulation and analysis for timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across teams.<\/li>
Oversee the integration of timesheet data into payroll processing, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.<\/li>
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on timesheet data x payroll reporting.<\/li><\/ul>
3.Payroll Management<\/strong><\/p>
Assist in review of monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.<\/li>
Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll and benefits costs.<\/li>
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.<\/li><\/ul>
4.Systems & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>
Ensure HRIS and benefits administration functionality meets organizational needs, and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades or enhancements on the benefits front<\/li>
Serve as the go-to person for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting for benefits<\/li><\/ul>
5.Process Improvement<\/strong><\/p>
Continuously review and enhance HR processes to drive efficiency and improve employee experience.<\/li>
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into existing workflows.<\/li><\/ul>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>
At least 5 years of experience in benefits, HR operations and payroll<\/li>
Knowledge of HRIS platforms and proficient in data visualization tools (e.g. Excel).<\/li>
Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll regulations.<\/li>
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><\/ul>
