Overall Role:<\/strong><\/p>
Ensures financial accuracy by closing the books monthly, reconciling accounts, and generating reports. Supports audits, analyzes financials, and prepares budgets to aid in informed decision-making.<\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>
Perform month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and maintaining appropriate supporting documentation. Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded and reconciled from time to time.<\/li>
Proper reconciliations of accounts, ensuring that balances are accurate and discrepancies are promptly resolved, if any. Collaborate with other functions\u2019 teams, such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, to resolve any issues.<\/li>
Generate various management and financial reports on regular basis, such as monthly income statements and balance sheets.<\/li>
Assist in and support the yearly audit process by preparing schedules, providing requested documentation, and assisting auditors with inquiries.<\/li>
Assist in analysing financial data and prepare ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.<\/li>
Assist and support in the preparation of budget reports and perform analysis of variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures.<\/li>
Any ad-hoc reporting projects or other duties as assigned.<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements:<\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.<\/li>
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply)<\/li>

Job Requirements:<\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or extensive field experience designing and implementing solutions on the cloud.<\/li>
Min 2 years' experience architecting, designing, configuring and supporting cloud solutions.<\/li>
At least an Associate level certification in any one of AWS\/GCP\/Azure\/Huawei Cloud\/Alibaba Cloud<\/li>
Professional-level certification is an advantage<\/li>
Hands-on implementation experience with at least one Cloud Provider (AWS\/GCP\/Azure\/Huawei Cloud\/Alibaba Cloud)<\/li>
Experience in designing and implementing auto-scaling and HA\/Replication<\/li>

JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>
Monitor the performance of agents and direct business under my SBU.<\/span><\/li>
To ensure agents and clients will comply with Bank Negara guidelines. Monitor the supply and control the issuance of the cover notes.<\/span><\/li>
To arrange with the risk surveyor to conduct a pre-acceptance surveyor and another risk survey including loss minimization when necessary. Responsible for collection premiums from agents\/clients and other intermediaries<\/span><\/li>
To ensure timely issuance of policies\/endorsement. To keep tap and ensure that agents comply with CBC, MMC, and CPD hours.<\/span><\/li>
To continuously recruit new agents to enlarge the networking base. Maintain the correct portfolio mix of business or type of business as required by company management.<\/span><\/li>
Achieved targets as set by management to support the company\u2019s business plan and objectives.<\/span><\/li>
Attend communication meetings and any other meetings where relevant.<\/span><\/li>
Be multi-skilled and able to assist other sections\/departments within the company as and when required. Performs any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.<\/span><\/li>
Monitoring agent\u2019s renewal. Provide Non-Motor quotation to the agent.<\/span><\/li>
Approaching and guidance to the agent on non-motor products\/knowledge. Giving CPD training to agents.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>
Minimum at least 2-3 years of working experience preferably in the insurance industry<\/span><\/li>
Good track record in sales & servicing<\/span><\/li>
Proficient knowledge of insurance products and operations (an advantage)<\/span><\/li>
Management and Retention of key accounts<\/span><\/li>
Right attitude and team-working attributes.<\/span><\/li>
Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.<\/span><\/li>
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision<\/li><\/ul>

The Core Job:<\/p>
Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of enterprise servers for both Windows and Linux.<\/span><\/li>
Strong Windows and Linux system administration skills a must.<\/span><\/li>
Experience with VMWare vCenter administration<\/li>
Experience with IT Operations Platforms such as ManageEngine a strong plus<\/li>
Experience with any Cloud (AWS\/GCP\/Azure\/Huawei\/Alibaba) a strong plus<\/li>
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving server hardware, OS, and network issues working closely with vendors where required.<\/span><\/li>
Monitoring server and network performance metrics to ensure SLAs are kept<\/span><\/li>
Forecasting server\/network usage taking into account user\/application projections.<\/span><\/li>
Closing any audit issues with respect to server and network<\/span><\/li>
Experience in Backup Administration utilizing Veam or Cohesity is a strong plus<\/span><\/li>
Experience in High Availability design from a server and network perspective<\/span><\/li>
Experience in DRC exercises from server\/network and backup perspective<\/span><\/li>
Ensure that security best practices are followed<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
Education\/Experience<\/span><\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or extensive field experience in lieu.<\/li>
Extensive hands on experience in Windows\/Linux servers administration in an enterprise environment<\/span><\/li>
Hands-on experience in the following:<\/span><\/li>
Windows\/Linux administration<\/span><\/li>
Managengine<\/span><\/li>
Microsoft AD Administration an advantage<\/span><\/li>
Veam or Cohesity Backup experience an advantage.<\/li>
Experience utilizing and configuring Solarwinds, Dynatrace an advantage<\/li>
Experience with security EDR tools, DLP an advantage<\/li>
Strong understanding of networking<\/span><\/li>
Secondary ability to perform network administration an advantage. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, LAN, and WAN links.<\/span><\/li>
Huawei Switches\/Routers<\/span><\/li>
Aruba switches\/wifi<\/span><\/li>
Palo Alto, Fortigate, Sonicwall firewalls<\/span><\/li>
F5 load balancers<\/span><\/li>
Working with local WAN link providers like TMB and Time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
