- Establish a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for tasks performed by the department\u2019s staff (Within control only), based on current practice and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines.<\/span><\/li>
- Expand the QAQC framework to all Third Party Assistance to ensure they are following the SLA, Guidelines, and compliance. <\/span><\/li>
- Prepare QAQC Checklist for the department concerned and its relevant LOB & TPA.<\/span><\/li>
- Set QAQC assessment frequency and determine the number of cases to be audited per person.<\/span><\/li>
- Set Key Performance Indicator (KPI), based on the total percentage (%) of QAQC assessment evaluation.<\/span><\/li>

The Core Job:<\/span><\/p>- To be responsible for collecting payment due from the Insurance Partners.<\/li>
- In charge of reinsurance and operational needs for certain markets for all business portfolios.<\/li>
- To support other teams within TPR in activities to meet overall objectives Ensuring end-to-end processes are met within the given launch timeline<\/li>
- Assist in preparing the required new \/renewal information for XOL including risk profiles and major losses, etc<\/li>
- Assist in preparing the quarterly declaration to the broker<\/li>
- Assist in preparing ad hoc reports\/information for as and when it is requested by management.<\/li>
- Assist in preparing the requested information by Rating Agencies.<\/li>
- Assist in Audit \u2013 provide the requested information to Internal \/ External auditors within the timeline<\/li><\/ul>

Experience\/Education:<\/p>
- 1- 2 years of experience in Receivables (fresh graduates are welcome)<\/li>

The Core Job:<\/p>
- Oversee all financial operations within the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and group policy<\/li>
- Manage all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data<\/li>
- Work closely with the operation and tax team to ensure proper financial accounting and reporting for vessel arrangements<\/li>
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and internal tax managers on any audit, limited review exercise, and tax queries of individual subsidiaries<\/li>
- Provide guidance, dedication, and monitoring to subordinates on daily accounts<\/li>
- Review tax and financial reporting packages for annual tax filing and group audited accounts, ensuring compliance with IFRS 17 standards and regulations<\/li>
- Ensure that all reporting timelines are met on a monthly basis<\/li>
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and tax authorities<\/li>
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Education\/ Experience:<\/p>
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance<\/li>
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualification<\/li>
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance operations and team management, preferably within the insurance industry<\/li>
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and other relevant accounting standards and regulations<\/li><\/ul>
