Weekly news digest<\/strong>: Scan the market for relevant news pertaining to insurance, insurtech, travel, airline etc. To prepare a concise weekly summarised email to be shared with senior management.<\/li>
Monitoring changes in shareholders<\/strong>: On a monthly basis to identifying the Top 20 shareholders movement, share price movements, changes in volume and shareholder composition based on the register of shareholders provided by the Company Secretary. <\/li>
Scheduling meetings (virtual or face-to-face):<\/strong> Arranging the meeting logistics, blocking calendars and providing a meeting brief to internal meeting attendees prior to the actual meeting. To update shareholder meeting database post meeting.<\/li>
Planning for the quarterly analyst briefing: <\/strong>This includes liaising with the respective business units on information request, preparing the CEO\u2019s analyst presentation deck, cheat sheet, FAQ, and CEO\u2019s talking points. Handle logistics pertaining to the actual day briefing.<\/li>
Updating the Investor Relations webpage:<\/strong> On an ad hoc basis, to monitor can check for information that requires an update. <\/li>

Job Requirements:<\/p>
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.<\/li>
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.<\/li>
Experience in financial analysis or investor relations is advantageous.<\/li>
Familiarity with Bursa\u2019s Main Market Listing Requirements.<\/li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.<\/li>
Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and writing skills.<\/li>

Experience with VMWare vCenter and\/or Huawei DCS<\/li>
Experience with IT Operations Platforms such as Managengine a strong plus<\/li>
Experience with any Cloud (AWS\/GCP\/Azure\/Huawei\/Alibaba) a strong plus<\/li>
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving server hardware, OS and network issues working closely with vendors where required.<\/span><\/li>
Monitoring server and network performance metrics to ensure SLAs are kept<\/span><\/li>
Forecasting server\/network usage taking into account user\/application projections.<\/span><\/li>
Closing any audit issues with respect to server and network<\/span><\/li>
Experience in Backup Administration utilising Cohesity or Huawei a strong plus<\/span><\/li>
Experience in High Availability design from a server and network perspective<\/span><\/li>
Experience in DRC exercises from server\/network and backup perspective<\/span><\/li>
Ensure that security best practices are followed<\/li><\/ul>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or extensive field experience in lieu.<\/li>
Extensive hands on experience of Windows\/Linux servers administration in an enterprise environment<\/span><\/li>
Hands on experience in the following:<\/span><\/li>
Windows\/Linux administration<\/span><\/li>
Managengine<\/span><\/li>
Microsoft AD Administration an advantage<\/span><\/li>
Cohesity or Huawei Backup experience an advantage.<\/li>
Experience utilising and configuring Solarwinds, Dynatrace an advantage<\/li>
Experience with security EDR tools, DLP an advantage<\/li>
Strong understanding of networking<\/span><\/li>
Secondary ability to perform network administration an advantage. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, VPN, LAN and WAN links.<\/span><\/li>
Huawei Switches\/Routers<\/span><\/li>
Aruba switches\/wifi<\/span><\/li>
Palo Alto, Fortigate firewalls<\/span><\/li>
F5 load balancers<\/span><\/li>
Working with local WAN link providers like TMB and Time.<\/span><\/li>
Ability to create accurate documentation including network\/server diagrams and design\/planning documents.<\/span><\/li>
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.<\/span><\/li>
