Passenger Name List Management:<\/strong> Accurately upload and maintain passenger name lists for group bookings, ensuring compliance with airline and insurance requirements.<\/li>
Flight and Booking Adjustments:<\/strong> Coordinate and process customer requests for flight changes, name amendments, seat releases, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to policies.<\/li>
Insurance Expertise:<\/strong> Act as the primary point of contact for all travel insurance-related matters within the Group Desk, including product benefits, claims assistance, onboarding, and general inquiries.<\/li><\/ul>
2. Booking Creation and Management:<\/strong><\/p>
Booking Creation:<\/strong> Create and manage bookings based on valid Flight Requests (FR) received from agents or customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies.<\/li>
Insurance Cross-Selling:<\/strong> Proactively cross-sell travel insurance to agents or customers when Flight Requests are received without insurance add-ons, highlighting the benefits and value of the Travel Insurance.<\/li>
Fare Override Requests:<\/strong> Submit fare override requests to the Revenue and Revenue Control (RRC) team and diligently follow up to ensure timely resolution.<\/li>
Booking Confirmations:<\/strong> Confirm bookings and communicate details to agents, ensuring all necessary documentation and insurance add-ons are included.<\/li>
Audit Report Maintenance:<\/strong> Regularly update and maintain the Group Desk Audit Report to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.<\/li><\/ul>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>
To work with business units to review existing processes and business challenges to identify opportunities for improvements and recommend solutions ensuring efficiency and effectiveness communications management.<\/li>
To conduct end-to-end review and impact analysis of applications or business changes.<\/li>
To define, document and produce business processes, workflow, detailed functional and technical specifications, working with business, technology, and vendor teams.<\/li>
To liaise with business and technology teams to ensure systems and end-to-end processes are tested before deployment. This may involve defining UAT test scripts, performing testing, working with the QA team, etc.<\/li>
To arrange and carry out user trainings as required as part of the project implementation.To support the delivery of projects within the Tech PMO portfolio.<\/li><\/ul>

Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT), Business or Finance related disciplines. <\/span><\/li>
Minimum 3-4 years\u2019 experience in General Insurance industry.<\/span><\/li>
Business analysis and project management experience are preferred. <\/span><\/li>
Knowledge of Re-Insurance business model is added advantage<\/span><\/li>
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills to build road maps towards delivering business objectives.<\/li>
Clear understanding of all modules of core system in General Insurance environment<\/li>
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>
Able to work independently and in a team.<\/li>
Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation of business solutions such as policies, procedures, process flows, system configurations, reporting templates, etc.<\/li>
Proactive and resourceful in carrying out activities to achieve objectives.<\/li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio).<\/li>
Knowledge of Decision Tree Logic will be an added advantage.<\/li>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>
