Assist in preparation of management accounts with high-level variance analysis and commentary.<\/li>
Assist in preparation of various financial reports and support internal stakeholders.<\/li>
Assist in statutory reporting and regulatory submissions to BNM, ISM, PIAM, LFSA, and other relevant authorities.<\/li>
Support external audits through preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and responses to auditor queries.<\/li>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., actuarial, pricing, and product teams) by providing relevant financial data and insights.<\/li>
Assist in enhancing financial reporting processes, internal controls, and system improvements (e.g., SAP B1).<\/li>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>
Holds at least an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s degree, or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accountancy,<\/li>
Banking, or a related discipline.<\/li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP B1 or other financial systems will be an added advantage.<\/li>
Preferred 1\u20132 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing.<\/li><\/ul>

Responsibilities:<\/p>
Facilitation of requirements gathering workshops or discovery with different business teams.<\/li>
Provides business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives.<\/li>
Work with business users in defining scoping and planning detailed approaches for all business work streams.<\/li>
Understand the business needs and help convert those into effective solutions by working with technical teams.<\/li>
Collaborate with Business and other technical and non-technical resources to ensure holistic and complete solutions.<\/li>
Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders. Documents these requirements into Business Specifications or Use case documents for review and approval by business customers.<\/li>
Provide support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).<\/li>
Ensures change management processes are adhered to and enforce new changes in application to all relevant teams.<\/li>
Work with users to establish best practice principles.<\/li>
Play an active role in all phases of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support.<\/li><\/ul>

Experience\/Education<\/strong><\/p>
Must have prior experience as a Business Analyst<\/li>
Experience in General Insurance standard processes like Policy Servicing, New Business, Underwriting and Claims.<\/li>
Basic knowledge of General Insurance products and how it works e.g., Motor, PA, Fire etc.<\/li>
Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li><\/ul>

Board Support<\/strong>: Provide support for the Board of Directors and its committees, including organizing and preparing agendas, board packs, and meeting minutes. Assist in coordinating and facilitating board and committee meetings.<\/li>
Compliance Management<\/strong>: Ensure the company complies with regulatory requirements, including corporate laws and relevant regulations. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.<\/li>
Regulatory Reporting<\/strong>: Prepare and assist with submitting regulatory filings, such as financial statements, annual reports, and other disclosures.<\/li>
Shareholder Relations<\/strong>: Help manage relationships with shareholders, maintain shareholder registers, and assist with organizing annual general meetings and other shareholder meetings.<\/li>
Corporate Records Management<\/strong>: Maintain accurate corporate records, including resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers.<\/li>
Risk Management<\/strong>: Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure compliance with risk policies and identify potential risks.<\/li>
Corporate Secretarial Support<\/strong>: Support the company secretary in drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory books, and fulfilling other secretarial responsibilities as required.<\/li><\/ol>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>
Bachelor's degree in law, corporate administration, or a related field. A professional qualification in company secretarial practice is a must.<\/li>
Prior experience in a company secretarial or governance role is advantageous. <\/li>
Knowledge of corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.<\/li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.<\/li>
