Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>
The Finance Senior Executive supports day-to-day finance operations, with a focus on accounts receivable, credit control, account reconciliations, and timely financial processing. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous process improvement. The role also supports finance initiatives such as e-Invoicing, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and audit activities.<\/p>
Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>
Coordinate daily accounts receivable activities and provide guidance to team members on routine operational matters. Escalate complex issues to the Head of Finance and contribute to a collaborative working environment.<\/li>
Identify and support process improvements to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve productivity.<\/li>
Reconcile and prepare Journal for transactions relating to commissions, rebate, and other incentives for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submitting it for approval.<\/li>
Respond to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner, escalating significant or unresolved matters when required.<\/li>
Prepare materials for and coordinate regular or bi-monthly collection meetings with the business team, including follow-up on agreed actions.<\/li>
Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and Statements of Account (SOA) to all stakeholders for both systems on a timely basis.<\/li>
Perform the review and month-end closing of accounts receivable balances, investigate discrepancies, and escalate material issues.<\/li>
Prepare and review bank reconciliations accurately and on time. Follow up on uncredited lodgements and unreconciled items to prevent aging issues.<\/li>
Prepare change requests or defect reports and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for e-Invoice enhancements, documenting results and following up on issues.<\/li>
Monitor the e-Invoicing process, identify recurring issues, and recommend practical improvements.<\/li>
Coordinate documentation and respond to internal and external audit requests, escalating issues and supporting timely completion.<\/li>
Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue balances and potential credit risk exposure.<\/li>
Work with business stakeholders to assess the recoverability of outstanding balances and prepare provisioning recommendations for management review.<\/li><\/ol>

<\/p>
Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.<\/li>
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, credit control, or a related finance function.<\/li>
Practical experience in process improvement, issue resolution, and coordinating work across teams.<\/li>
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, including bank reconciliation, aging analysis, and payment approvals.<\/li>
Experience with e-Invoicing systems and related regulatory compliance.<\/li>
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms.<\/li>
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.<\/li>
Ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.<\/li>
Experience in managing and resolving system-related issues through coordination with IT and business teams.<\/li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle stakeholder queries and lead team discussions effectively.<\/li>
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within the team and with cross-functional departments.<\/li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.<\/li>

Job Requirement:<\/span><\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or a related field<\/li>
3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; experience in the insurance industry is preferred<\/li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>

Supervise and manage team members, ensuring productivity, quality, and consistency of liability and claims quantum assessment in accordance with policy terms and guidelines.<\/li>
Monitor claims performance metrics including turnaround time (TAT), reserve adequacy, and claims trends.<\/li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs) as well as agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely assessments and smooth claims handling.<\/li>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including branches, underwriting, IT, and marketing teams to resolve claims-related issues effectively<\/li>
Identify and escalate deficiencies in policy coverage and adverse claims trends to Senior Management for corrective action.<\/li>
Drive claims strategy to optimize cost control, minimize leakage, and improve claims outcomes<\/li>
Lead reporting and provide insights on claims analytics, trends, and operational performance to senior management.<\/li>
Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit requirements, and Bank Negara Malaysia regulations<\/li>
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, automation, and service delivery improvements.<\/li>

Candidate must possess at least Diploma\/bachelor\u2019s degree\/Professional Degree in related fields (i.e. IT, Commerce etc.).<\/li>
Years of Experience: More than 7 years working experience in the Internal \/ External Audit field in IT Audit operation. Having experience of performing Operational Audit is highly recommended.<\/li>
Knowledge of risk management, corporate governance and internal audit practices.<\/li>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science<\/li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies.<\/li>
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.<\/li>
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including queries and stored procedures.<\/li>
Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or TFS.<\/li>
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.<\/li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.<\/li>
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>
Knowledge of PostgreSQL is an added advantage.<\/li>

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>
Involve in Organization level critical projects - core placement project. SAP S\/4HANA implementing to replace Insurance core system in phased approach<\/li>
