Attend to customer enquiries and service requests related to products, claims, and services through approved communication channels within established turnaround times (TAT).<\/li>
Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customers in line with company service standards.<\/li>
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to customers on the status and progress of enquiries until resolution.<\/li><\/ul>

Complaints Management<\/p>
Handle customer complaints by conducting basic fact-finding and preliminary assessment of issues.<\/li>
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and functional teams to support complaint resolution.<\/li>
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Manager in accordance with complaints handling procedures and escalation guidelines.<\/li>
Ensure complaints are managed fairly, consistently, and within regulatory and internal requirements.<\/li><\/ul>

Compliance & Data Confidentiality<\/p>
Ensure all customer information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable regulatory guidelines.<\/li>
Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and controls when handling customer interactions and records.<\/li><\/ul>

Documentation & Reporting<\/p>
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, enquiries, and complaints, including response and resolution timelines.<\/li>
Support service performance tracking and reporting by ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation in relevant systems.<\/li><\/ul>

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration<\/p>
Liaise with internal business units and functional teams to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues.<\/li>
Participate in service improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.<\/li>
Contribute feedback and insights from customer interactions to support process and service enhancements.<\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Insurance, or a related field.<\/li>
Prior experience in customer service, call centre, insurance operations, or complaints handling is an advantage.<\/li>
Exposure to SLA-driven environments and regulated industries (e.g. insurance or financial services) is preferred.<\/li><\/ul>

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>
Ensure all underwriting activities comply with the Company\u2019s Underwriting and Treaty Guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.  <\/li>
Provide timely, accurate, and competitive quotations as well as technical support to Marketers, Agents, Brokers, and other Distribution Partners.  <\/li>
Engage in Market Underwriting, including meetings and negotiations with Distribution Partners to secure and retain profitable business.  <\/li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional reinsurers, securing appropriate support for Specialized Marine and Liability Classes of business.  <\/li>
Determine appropriate retention levels in accordance with the Company\u2019s Underwriting and Treaty Guidelines.  <\/li>
Ensure reinsurance placement is completed and documented before risk inception.  <\/li>
Formulate and execute a Business Growth Plan for the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets.  <\/li>
Explore and develop new business opportunities, particularly within digital ecosystems and emerging platforms.  <\/li>
Conduct portfolio management by analysing Marine and Liability performance metrics (e.g., loss ratio, claims frequency and severity), identifying trends, and implementing corrective measures where necessary.  <\/li>
Provide technical advice and support on underwriting matters to Marketers, Agents, Brokers, and other Partners.  <\/li>
Provide technical training to identified key Sales colleagues.  <\/li>
Contribute to product development and enhancement, sharing insights on underwriting practices, market trends, and customer needs. <\/li>
Support continuous improvement initiatives by embracing and sharing Product, System, and Process knowledge. <\/li>
Ensure all referrals from Marketers, Agents, Brokers, and other Partners are attended to in a timely manner.  <\/li>

Tune Protect Group Berhad is looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to lead its data transformation journey.<\/strong><\/p>
In this role, you will design and build a central data platform that supports reporting, analytics, and future AI use cases. Working across business and technology teams, you will play a key role in establishing a scalable data ecosystem while embedding best practices in data engineering, governance, and architecture.<\/p>

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>
Design and implement a scalable enterprise data platform (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)<\/li>
Build unified data models across key domains such as Customer, Sales, and Claims<\/li>
Develop and manage data pipelines (ETL\/ELT) from multiple internal and external systems<\/li>
Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security across the platform<\/li>
Enable and support Power BI datasets and self-service reporting capabilities<\/li>
Structure and prepare data for AI and advanced analytics use cases (e.g. fraud detection, customer insights)<\/li>
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions<\/li>
Guide and mentor the BI team in building reusable, scalable data products<\/li>
Drive best practices in data architecture, engineering, and governance<\/li><\/ul>

What We're Looking For<\/p>
Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field<\/li>
8+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or data platform development<\/li>
Strong experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)<\/li>
Advanced SQL and strong data modelling expertise (dimensional, star schema, etc.)<\/li>
Proven experience building and managing data pipelines and integrations<\/li>
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms<\/li>
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and architecture principles<\/li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li><\/ul>

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry<\/li>

The position works closely with business users, vendors and the Project Management Office (PMO) to define project scope, document and validate business requirements, and ensure deliverables align with project timelines. The role supports initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering and documentation through development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while proactively identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.<\/p>

Initiate and facilitate requirement gathering discussions or discovery sessions with business stakeholders.<\/li>
Collaborate with business users to define scope, plan detailed approaches, and ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives.<\/li>
Understand, validate, and document business needs; recommend and implement process, system, or workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.<\/li>
Translate business needs into clear, concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and secure approval from all relevant stakeholders.<\/li>
Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flow diagrams, user stories, and user guides\/manuals.<\/li>
