Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to customers on the status and progress of enquiries until resolution.<\/li><\/ul>

Complaints Management<\/p>
Handle customer complaints by conducting basic fact-finding and preliminary assessment of issues.<\/li>
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and functional teams to support complaint resolution.<\/li>
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Manager in accordance with complaints handling procedures and escalation guidelines.<\/li>
Ensure complaints are managed fairly, consistently, and within regulatory and internal requirements.<\/li><\/ul>

Compliance & Data Confidentiality<\/p>
Ensure all customer information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable regulatory guidelines.<\/li>

3. Underwriting Support & Risk Management<\/p>
Monitor the supply and control of cover note issuance to agents.<\/li>

Guide agents regarding non-motor products, underwriting requirements, and documentation.<\/li><\/ul>
4. Sales & Service Delivery<\/p>
Provide timely and competitive non-motor quotations to agents and intermediaries.<\/li>

Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>
To process and manage AirAsia Travel Insurance claims within assigned authority limits in accordance with Company policies, procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for delivering timely, fair, and accurate claims outcomes while ensuring full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia\u2019s Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>
Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>
Process, assess, and approve AirAsia Travel Insurance claims within delegated authority and defined job scope.<\/li>
Ensure claims are handled promptly, accurately, and fairly in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and Claims Service Standards.<\/li>
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including Bank Negara Malaysia\u2019s Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices.<\/li>
Deliver quality claims service to support customer satisfaction and achieve agreed turnaround time (TAT) targets.<\/li>
Liaise with internal stakeholders and departments on claims-related matters, including providing support for new product planning, enhancements, or launches related to AirAsia Travel Insurance.<\/li>
Identify, assess, and escalate complex, high-risk, or exceptional claims to the Claims Unit Head in a timely manner for review and decision.<\/li>
Support the Claims Unit Head in day-to-day operational activities, including claims administration and workflow management.<\/li>
Maintain accurate and complete documentation, records, and reports to support audit requirements, management reporting, and regulatory compliance.<\/li>
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.<\/li>
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in support of business and operational needs.<\/li><\/ul>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.<\/li>
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply (travel insurance preferred).<\/li>
