The Marketing Officer is responsible for managing and supporting agents within the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving business growth, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering excellent service to agents and clients.<\/p>

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

1. Agent & Business Performance Management<\/p>

Monitor the performance of agents and direct business under the assigned SBU.<\/li>
Ensure agents meet business targets and maintain the required portfolio mix as set by the company.<\/li>
Continuously recruit and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.<\/li>
Track and manage agents\u2019 renewal activities to ensure business continuity.<\/li><\/ul>
2. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight<\/p>
Ensure agents and clients comply with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and company policies.<\/li>
Monitor and ensure compliance with CBC, MMC, and CPD hour requirements for all agents.<\/li>
Conduct or arrange CPD training sessions for agents to improve product knowledge and professionalism.<\/li><\/ul>
3. Underwriting Support & Risk Management<\/p>
Monitor the supply and control of cover note issuance to agents.<\/li>
Arrange pre-acceptance and follow-up surveys with risk surveyors when required, including risk management and loss minimization assessments.<\/li>
Guide agents regarding non-motor products, underwriting requirements, and documentation.<\/li><\/ul>
4. Sales & Service Delivery<\/p>
Provide timely and competitive non-motor quotations to agents and intermediaries.<\/li>
Ensure prompt issuance of policies, endorsements, and other relevant documents.<\/li>
Manage and support agents in servicing clients efficiently and professionally.<\/li><\/ul>
5. Collections & Financial Responsibility<\/p>
Responsible for premium collection from agents, clients, and other intermediaries.<\/li>
Ensure all collections are made within the stipulated time frame and adhere to company guidelines.<\/li><\/ul>
6. Communication & Coordination<\/p>
Attend communication meetings and other relevant internal or external meetings as required.<\/li>
Coordinate with other teams or departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.<\/li>

To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media and social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. The role bridges performance marketing analytics with creative social media storytelling, ensuring Tune Protect\u2019s campaigns deliver both measurable results and brand impact. <\/span><\/p>
Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>
Campaign Performance <\/strong> <\/p>
Collaborate with web and data teams to ensure proper tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.). <\/li>
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms ( ie Google Ads, Meta Ads )  <\/li>
Continuously monitor campaign performance and report key metric <\/li>
Able to contribute in improving UI\/UX on web\/app and increase traffic best to the sites <\/li>
Track and measure conversion funnels, lead quality, and campaign ROI.  <\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Social Media Management <\/strong> <\/p>
Develop, plan, and execute social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) <\/li>
Support in ideating and executing campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. <\/li>
Manage community interactions (responding to comments, DMs, and mentions) in a timely, brand-consistent manner. <\/li>
Coordinate with creative teams or agencies to produce engaging visuals, videos, and copy. <\/li>
Track and report on social media KPIs: engagement rate, reach, followers, sentiment, and share of voice. <\/li>
Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for content or campaign ideas<\/li><\/ul>

<\/p>
Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>
At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media management, with experience working with agencies a plus.  <\/li>
Good English writing skills. <\/li>
Basic design skills (Photoshop\/Illustrator) <\/li>
Analytical mindset \u2014 comfortable with dashboards, performance data, and reporting <\/li>
Basic understanding of SEO and CRM integration is a plus <\/li>
Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment <\/li>
Possesses good and friendly communication skills, working with internal or external parties <\/li><\/ul>
